My Brand ๋࣭ ⭑⚝

I created Finley's Ethereal Goods 2022 as a way to chase my dreams of becoming an artist full time, selling simple beaded jewelry and eventually moving into clothing design as I grew. My goal with my little business was to create pieces that were totally unique and  inspire a sense of magic into the wearer's world, and I'm proud to say this goal continues to live on, with more resources and determination. More specifically, with the clothing side, I try to upcycle clothes and unwanted fabric as much as I can to breathe new life into them so that they have another chance of being loved, instead of ending up in a landfill.  Today, I continue to express myself through the jewelry and clothing that I make, always trying to bring new ideas into the world of fashion and styling. I believe that feeling good in the clothing you're wearing and cherishing those pieces for as long as possible is the most important part about fashion. I'm proud to make pieces that people can call their favorite accessory/ clothing item, even I have a few for myself! I'm always so grateful for anyone who choses to invest their time and energy into my little baby called Ethereal, truly you all are making my dreams come true! <3

My story ꩜

Hi there! My name is Finn Young, I am a multidisciplinary artist from Omaha, Nebraska. I grew up making art and experimenting with any medium I could get my hands on. Art has always been a passion of mine, and as I grew up and continued to push myself, it became impossible to imagine a life where i didn't make art for  a living. Most of my work deals with themes of complicated emotions, connections with other people, connections with the Earth and nature, mysticism, and recounting my personal life experiences. To support these themes, I re-use plenty of motifs throughout my pieces, including stars, spirals, lighting, color vibrancy, poetry, nudeness, animals, and nature, to name a few. The mediums I work in range from simple acrylic and oil, to found objects, soldering, photography, and woodworking. Being able to use a wide range of mediums allows me to fully express myself through my work, and often art is the only way I am able to process the many experiences I have in my life. Soon, I will be studying painting/ drawing and textiles at the Art Institute of Chicago, further developing my knowledge of art and exposing my brand to new growth as well. I am always proud to be able to call myself an artist and to share my passion with those around me!

Professional Experience₊⊹

Ever since I was a teenager, I've been sharing my art with the public through social media, group shows, vending events, and even a solo show of my own. I started selling my art in the fall of 2022, and since have been a reoccurring vendor for local community events such as the Yart Sales at the Cali House, Tilt23 artist shows, the Y Not market in lincoln, Art and Thrift at the Bay, GRRRL Camp, and the BFF summer markets. For the group shows, I've featured work in multiple group shows over the years, the most recent being Yummy's Fashion Show in September 2025, Loving People at Clover24 in August 2025, Perceptions of a Dreamer at the Local Art Plug in August 2025, and Art on the Bridge at the Omaha Bridge Studio in January 2025. I've had work featured in Star Deli, the BFF Gallery, Ming Toy, Burke's Pub, and a gallery in Sioux City. Most exciting of all, I had the honor to host my first solo art show at the BFF Gallery in March 2025, titled "The Reincarnation of Finn Young", where i explored themes of growing up and finding my voice as a very sensitive and sentimental person. I've loved sharing my art throughout the years and being able to display it for others to experience, and I'm sure there will be more shows to come!
